"Wyatt Young finished third in the entire FBS in receiving yards at North Texas — 1,264 of them — and then transferred to Oklahoma State to prove it against Big 12 corners. The route running was never in question."

A three-star recruit out of Katy Tompkins, Young went from 18 catches as a freshman to one of the most productive receivers in the country in 2025 — 70 receptions, 1,264 yards and ten touchdowns, third in the FBS in receiving yards — before transferring to Oklahoma State, where he opened 2026 with seven catches in the opener at Tulsa. At 6-0 and 199 pounds he is a pro-ready slot whose separation at the break point and ball security are already NFL traits.

What he does well
  • 01Fluid release & footwork — Young employs a split release and quick feet, neutralizing aggressive jams, maintaining play tempo, and showing rare hand discipline.
  • 02Elite body control & YAC — Possesses innate ability to adjust axis post-reception, generating significant yards after catch, like a running back.
