A lightly recruited edge from Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Harsh built his career at Wyoming — from three tackles as a freshman in 2023 to 40 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss and a sack and a half in 2024 — before transferring to NC State, where he matched that output in 2025 with 41 tackles, 7.5 TFL and 2.5 sacks against ACC competition. At 6-3 and 263 pounds he is a high-motor power rusher who sets a hard edge in the run game, and he opened 2026 with six tackles and a sack in his first two games.
