Prongos is the least conventional tackle prospect on this board. He did not play organized football until his senior year at Marin Catholic, tore an ACL three games in, arrived at UCLA as an unranked walk-on and did not start a college game until 2024.
What he does well
- 01Frame and length — At 6-foot-7 and 315 pounds he owns one of the largest tackle builds in the class, and the reach lets him land first contact on wide rushers before they cross his outside hip.
- 02Pass-set footwork — Quick, efficient kick slide for his size; he mirrors speed off the edge without lunging and stays square through the arc on true dropback reps.
