A three-star recruit from Shiloh High School in Snellville, Georgia, Pollock played two seasons at Mississippi State — 24 tackles, then 50 with an interception — before transferring to Texas Tech and breaking out in 2025 with 48 tackles, five interceptions and seven pass breakups. At 6-0 and 195 pounds he is a physical boundary corner with an alpha mentality in press and the short-area explosion to bait quarterbacks into throws they regret.
