02Scheme fit
Ideal system
The Cleveland Browns, under most coaching regimes, operate a base 4-3 defense with a strong emphasis on disciplined zone coverage and some man-to-man principles.
Boundary CBSlot CB
Best role
Initially rotational as a nickel or boundary corner, with potential to develop into a starting lockdown slot option or a boundary corner in a zone-heavy scheme.
Wrong fit
A purely Man-2-Man, press-heavy scheme that asks corners to consistently run with receivers downfield without safety help.
His intelligence and fluidity are best utilized in schemes that value anticipation and scheme-sound play over elite top-end speed.
