Aaron Donald, a dynamic interior presence, is best suited for an attacking, one-gap 4-3 penetrating front that prioritizes disruption over occupying multiple blockers.
Year 1 impact pass rusher with All-Pro ceiling as a disruptive force against both run and pass.
A passive, two-gap 3-4 defense where his primary responsibility would be to hold the line of scrimmage rather than penetrate.
His elite burst, strength, and hand usage make him a universal fit for any scheme valuing athletic interior pass rush, but he thrives as a one-gap penetrator.
Selected #13 overall in Round 1 of the 2014 NFL Draft by St. Louis Rams out of Pittsburgh.
