2027 Big Board v1.0: the 10 names that move the needle

It's not the final top 10. It's the honest June top 10 — the 10 prospects with the most relative certainty before October changes everything.

Building a 2027 big board in June requires humility. The separating games are still ahead: October, opponents with a plan, injuries, coordinator adjustments and snaps where the first answer does not work.

This version uses only active 2027-pool players and avoids mixing cycles.

1. Jeremiah Smith, WR, Ohio State

The best pure talent on the board. Size, acceleration, body control and early production. The only real debate is positional value against QB, EDGE and OT.

2. Dante Moore, QB, Oregon

He has the cleanest quarterback case because of rhythm and processing. To close QB1, he must sustain it when Oregon does not give him easy answers.

3. Colin Simmons, EDGE, Texas

Explosiveness, constant threat and premium value. If he adds counters and keeps impacting high-level tackles, he can fight for the top two.

4. Arch Manning, QB, Texas

The case is not closed, but the NFL traits exist: structure, protection control, pre-snap command and intentional throws. Fall decides the range.

5. Leonard Moore, CB, Notre Dame

A corner with functional size, patience and ball skills. In a noisy offensive class, he can be the steadiest defender.

6. Dylan Stewart, EDGE, South Carolina

Top-level explosiveness. The key evaluation is turning pressure into production without losing run discipline.

7. Cam Coleman, WR, Texas

Size and ball skills that change the catch radius. He needs to show consistent separation to climb even higher.

8. Jordan Seaton, OT, LSU

Premium tackle tools. Feet, length and balance keep him high; the pass set against explosive rushers will define the ceiling.

9. Julian Sayin, QB, Ohio State

The most precise passer in the group. His challenge is sample size and answers when the first concept is not clean.

10. Trevor Goosby, OT, Texas

Tackle projection in a high-value context. If he holds up on an island, the board will need him high.

Near the top 10

Ryan Williams, KJ Bolden, Matayo Uiagalelei, David Stone and Carter Smith are close enough to enter with a strong month.

The forward rule is simple: if the player is not part of the active 2027 board, he does not belong in a piece sold as 2027 evaluation.
