Mestemaker Throws Five Touchdowns In Shootout Loss

Drew Mestemaker delivered the most statistically dense performance of the Saturday slate for Oklahoma State against Iowa State on October 31. In a 51-49 shootout, the tenth-ranked prospect completed 27 of 42 pass attempts for 323 yards, five touchdowns, and one interception. The volume of scoring throws indicates a heavy reliance on the passing game in the red zone and highlights his statistical efficiency near the goal line.
